    A daughter of the US South whose work as a global management consultant, environmentalist, and philanthropist is dedicated to the economic mobility of the children and women of the Gullah-Geechee Corridor and sub-Saharan Africa.

    Executive Summary

    As CEO and Founder of the Global Foundation for Education and Economic Mobility, Inc. (GFEEM) and Co-Founder of the Southern Equity Collective (SEq), Frasier has spent over six years building transformative relationships with local women doing extraordinary work in Ghana and Kenya.

     

    Through GFEEM, Frasier maintains a network of US and African leaders and organizations, sustaining a healthy ecosystem of human, financial, and digital resources needed to build and maintain hyperlocal economies. As an advisor to decision makers, leaders, and founders of social impact organizations across the globe, she provides advice and guidance on matters concerning resource development, strategic relationships, board governance, and public-private partnerships.

    October — First Visit to Ghana, Accra

    Celebrated birthday in Ghana, connecting with the Gullah-Geechee ancestral homeland. Inaugural member, Sheroes Foundation US Chapter — joined 20 of Accra's most successful female business owners, social entrepreneurs, and governmental diplomats. Visited Cape Coast Castle. Explored Aburi Mountains, Kukua National Park, and cultural heritage sites. Conducted business meetings with governmental and business leaders in renewable energy and communications.

    Host and Moderator, Patientory Association BlockHealth Summit. Facilitated international healthcare blockchain conference. Connected global health technology leaders and innovators.

    2020

    Ghana Western Region Initiative Launch

    Founded Ghana College Student Scholarship & Fellowship — established 3-year academic support program at University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Created paid GFEEM fellowship program for Ghanaian students. Sponsored Ghanaian student trip to Kenya for educational social impact tour.

    Launched partnership with Word Alive Children's Orphanage, Esiama. Initiated collaboration with Girl Well Done (Obaa Mboo) Girls Enrichment Program. Partnered with Jon Federoff International School for teen girls' food program.

    August — Guyana Black Entrepreneurship Exchange

    Met with President Irfaan Ali alongside delegation of Black American entrepreneurs. Explored economic development partnerships between Guyana and African American business community.

    Kenya Programs — Co-Founder & US Project Ambassador

    Co-founded Manda Shivanga Medical Camp in Kakamega — free healthcare services. Co-founded Nagamara St. Monica Girls School Career Day. Co-founded Royal School Teacher Salary Fund. Partnered with Doug Parsons Project for Mombasa Police Chapel & Youth Activity Center construction.

    Kenyan Women Biz Pitch Competition

    Designed and launched entrepreneurship competition for Kenyan women. Conducted business skills workshops and mentorship. Facilitated judges' panel and awarded business startup funding.

    2022

    August — Gullah Geechee Service in Cape Coast & Elmina

    Organized delegation of Gullah-Geechee Americans for service project. Partnered with Food for All Ghana. Strengthened ancestral connections between Gullah-Geechee Corridor and Gold Coast.

    Esiama Orphanage Essential Needs Support

    Provided essential items (mattresses, pillows, gifts) to 21 children at Word Alive Orphanage. Collaborated with Joseph Feder International School Food Program.
